A MUCH better bite is trending for us right now. Big browns and rainbows are showing up and increasing in numbers most every day. It’s just about to get really good!!!
Water is off most days until noon or so. We’re able to wade for the better part of most days until the water comes on. When it does it usually ends up coming on a hard 4 units until late evening, then it’s back off…most days. The hard 4 unit bite for fly fishermen is always tougher than average and that hasn’t changed much. We’re actually doing better from Fall Creek to Short Creek when the water runs hard.
